The Executive Management and staff of Fortune Global Shipping & Logistics Limited feel honored to be ISO 9001:2015 certified, in line with the requirements of the recognized standard that ensures that our services meet the needs and expectations of customers and other relevant business stakeholders through an effective quality management system.

Fortune Global’s journey through the accreditation process up to certification proper ISO is a statement of commitment to our business principles of compliance, transparency, and adherence to global best practices. To become ISO 9001:2015 compliant, the Fortune Global team based in Lagos and Port-Harcourt, Nigeria went through extensive stages of internal and external audits that included the development and implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, final audit and close of all identified non-conformities.

 

Maintenance of Our Quality Management System Through Focus on Business Excellence

The International Standard Organization (ISO) standard is one of the most comprehensive and respected standards in the world and we take pride in being able to meet the requirements of the standard. The Fortune Global team were audited by Bureau Veritas and was presented with the ISO 9001:2015 certificate on June 25, 2020.

Being ISO 9001:2015 certified Underpins Fortune Global firm focus on maintaining a Quality Management System that continually improves the quality of our internal processes, excellent service delivery to our customers in line with globally established performance and competency benchmarks.

The Fortune Global Chief Executive Officer Eric Opah had the following to say on the company’s certification:
